Our Mission

Susan Hall has over 14 years of experience in the towing industry dating back to 2010. She has made it her personal mission to change the way people perceive the towing industry. In 2017, an opportunity arose, Dragon Recovery was born. 

Stemming from a family of business owners, Susan received a bachelor's degree in accounting and has a major background in financial management. Susan is also a certified John Maxwell Speaker and Trainer and is a proud of supporter of Puzzled Events. She also supports her grandchildren's extracurricular activities.

Susan's motto is "great women raise great women who raise great women", and her favorite color is red of course! Her favorite superhero is none other than the infamous Wonder Woman. Outside of work, Susan enjoys riding her side by side in the West Virginia and Kentucky mountains, riding her Spyder with Martin, and spending time going on adventures with her family. 

Missing Linc...

Kincaid Lincoln, also known as Linc, was a business partner. After several years of friendship, Linc and Susan decided to open their own business together in 2017.

Linc was a veteran of the United States Navy, where he served four years stationed in Japan. He made it his personal mission to provide exceptional and affordable service to help as many veterans as possible.

Linc's hobbies included riding his side by side and exploring the mountains of West Virginia with his friends. His favorite superhero was Batman. Obviously, he was a fan of action and comedy movies. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with his daughter and his dog, Chewy. 

Linc was involved in a towing accident April 5, 2024.  He left this world way too early.  He is missed by his many family and friends.  He made a difference in our towing community and our Dragon Recovery family.  We will honor him in our business and always will be "Missing Linc"!
