COVID-19 Protocols

Dragon Recovery

Dragon Recovery Takes Your Health Seriously

In an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19, we have put several precautions in place to remain compliant in order to protect not only our customers and their families, but also our staff and their families as well.

  • At this time, our drivers are sanitizing the trucks and equipment after each call. Each of our trucks are equipped with disposable gloves, hand sanitizer, Lysol spray and wipes. Each driver has a mask should he/she need to wear one while providing a service for you.

  • We respectfully ask each caller to advise us if the person seeking assistance has been tested positive for or exposed to COVID-19. At this time, we are not servicing any "COVID-19 + Vehicles". Vehicles that are brought to our lot are on a mandatory 24 business hour hold before our staff are able to handle the vehicle.

  • At this time, we are not allowing any ride along passengers in our trucks for roadside assistance calls. To ensure your safety, our drivers will happily wait with you until your transportation arrives. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Office staff are required to sanitize their workstations, restrooms and public entryway to include all door handles, light switches and frequently used surfaces in addition to frequently washing their hands throughout the day.

  • Our staff are required to respect and adhere to social distancing when interacting with another employee or customer to include avoiding handshakes and other forms of personal contact.

  • Our staff are required to stay home if they feel unwell or display any of the symptoms of COVID-19 until a doctor has given them approval to return to work. We have thermometers on site to perform temperature checks should the need arise.

  • We ask that anyone who may have been exposed to COVID-19 kindly do not enter our building. We have signs with instructions placed on our public entrance door that will allow us to safely serve their needs.

  • While we are not requiring masks to enter our office, you are welcome to wear one if you feel the need to.

  • In order to comply with social distancing standards, our office may only assist one person at a time. If there are multiple people with you, we kindly ask that only the registered owner of the vehicle in question enter the office. Should we already be assisting someone upon your arrival to our office, we kindly ask that you notify an employee of your arrival and wait outside or in your vehicle and we will notify you when we are able to safely assist you.

  • At this time, we do not have a restroom that is open to the public.

We appreciate your business, understanding, and your cooperation in these uncertain times.
